Jumbo Loan Limits in Los Angeles County California in 2011
Jumbo mortgages are home loans that are bigger than normal. They exceed the “conforming limit” — the maximum loan amount that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will buy. In Los Angelese County as people begin to look to purchase new homes again, they are many times presented with whether they need a jumbo loan or even a “super jumbo loan.”
