Jumbo Loan Limits in Plumas County California in 2016

Depending on where you live in the country, a house that costs more than $400,000 can be a basic starter home. All over Plumas County, people are starting to buy houses again  many of which still require a jumbo loan. In the Plumas area a jumbo loan is any loan that is over the conforming loan limit. Jumbo loans typically will go up to $2 million and anything over $2 million is considered a super jumbo loan.
